It is vitally important that whilst we are in current lockdown as per government advice, that you do not attend the surgery. All appointments with the GP are continuing to be telephone consultation only - if the GP decides you need to be seen in the surgery for a face to face appointment, they will arrange this.
Please phone on the practice telephone numbers or book your appointment online using Online Access.
From 16/11/20, we are making the following changes to the phone system, to make it easier for you to get through to the right person, and manage the lines more effectively:
Press 1 for Appointments - for urgent appointment requests, please be prepared to inform the administration team of the reason for the appointment, so that this can be booked appropriately, as per practice policy.
Press 2 for Administration Queries – this service is available every day from 12pm to 3pm in order to answer any queries regarding referrals that have been made by the practice, continuation sick notes and other administration related queries.
Press 3 for Prescription queries - this service is available every day from 12pm to 3pm in order to answer any queries regarding prescriptions that have not been ordered via Online Access. Please note that we do not take prescription requests over the phone, unless this has been agreed by the GP due to your clinical status.
Press 4 for Test Results – this service is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm to 3pm in order to answer any result queries if you do not currently have Online Access for this. Please note that we can only provide results for investigations that have been requested by the GP practice. Results are normally available 7-10 days after the test took place and if there are any abnormalities, the practice will contact you.
